Shipping Information

All orders are packaged in a plain white/brown bubble wrapped envelopes with no indication of its contents and then shipped out using first class air postage, which normally takes 4 to 10 working days for U.K and European delivery, 7 to 28 days for the USA and the rest of the world. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays.) We usually dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving them, please add this to the above timescales.

The above are guidelines only as delivery is dependent on the destination Countries postal services.

Please Note For Orders To The U.S.A and CANADA

Due to security and regulations implemented by the U.S.A and Canada for mail arriving i.e "Customs" delays can occur in your order arriving therefore the time scales we quote for delivery to these Countries 7 to 28 working days can not be guaranteed. Therefore when placing orders from these Countries please allow for this.

Remember, despite our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner, there are two other entities involved in the chain of delivery over whom we have no control: the postal service and Customs authorities. Their performance/interference, or lack thereof, play a significant role in the delivery of your order.

Please note: there is no tracking service available on this service and a signature is not required for delivery.

Importations Information

The buyer is responsible for determining and abiding by his/her country's importation regulations.

Client Responsibility

Should for any reason a customer's order be withheld or confiscated by customs, then we will not be held responsible for any delays or loss of goods. However, we will look at each case individually in order to assist and resolve any issues for our customers.

It is the responsibility of the client, as the importer of the product, to know the importation rules and regulations of his/her country.

Dispatch Delays

We are not responsible for dispatch-delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product / products from the manufacturer / supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor is blueskysonline.com responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays or by the mail service in charge of the delivery in the relevant Country destination.

We are not responsible for dispatch-delays caused by a customer providing us with incomplete or incorrect delivery address, should a package go missing due to this then we will not be held responsible for replacing any order therefore, please ensure when placing an order that you provide us with your full correct international postal address.

Contact Us To Resolve Issues

Should you experience any problem whatsoever with the delivery of your order then please ensure that you contact us in the first instance. Our Contact Us page is on the main menu.

Should there be any delay in your order arrival, we must allow up to 60 working days for orders outside of Europe from the date your order was dispatched before we can investigate further and assist in resolving the issue.

Should a charge back result due to a customer not contacting us in the first instance in order to resolve any issue then we will refuse any further orders from that customer.
